Southern Spas have a 7-day all year round Servicing Department.
Most spas have a year long warranty and still have no problems years
later. However, when problems do occur, then Southern Spas can help
:
- Fault Finding & Diagnostics ~ usually a problem can be diagnosed
on the telephone with the customer, which alleviates the need
for a second visit. However, if a call out is necessary to find
the problem and the part required is not on board, then the call
out charge is deducted from the cost of the second visit.
- Parts service & replacement ~ most replacement parts are
held in stock or can be obtained within 24 hours. Pumps, heaters,
control boxes and other small electrical parts are charged at
a reasonable price and spas are usually back in working order
within hours.
- Chemicals & accessories ~ spa chemicals, replacement filters,
rigid covers and other expendable items are carried in stock and
can be delivered or sent within 24 hours.
