  • Pillows 90 days,
  • LEDs, ipod dock, am/fm/cd/mp3 media centre/wireless rf lcd tv, Ozone & cover lifter = 1 year
  • Pumps, control box, blower and plumbing = 5 years
  • Cabinet materials = 5 year
  • Spa surface = 7 years
  • Shell structure = 10 Years

  • Equipment (excluding cover) = 2 years
  • Shell = 5 years
    
    
• Premium Spas:
  • Equipment and plumbing = 2 years
  • Shell surface and shell structure = 5 years

  • Equipment = 7 years
  • Shell surface = 5 years

Swim Spas

Saunas

• Helo sauna products:
  • 3 year warranty – 12 months automatic + 24 months upon registration
  • Warranty covers labour & materials to rectify manufacturing faults or parts failure
